Kreators Guild Inc. ("Kreators Guild," "we," "us," or "our") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use our website and programs, how we use it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum necessary to run our programs, and we do not sell personal information or use it for advertising.

Information we collect

Information you give us — such as your name and email when you contact us, volunteer, register for a program, donate, or request early access to Kuriosity.
Usage data — basic, largely anonymous information your browser sends automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) used to keep the site working and understand general traffic.
Cookies — we use only essential and preference cookies (for example, remembering your light/dark theme). We do not use advertising trackers.

How we use information

To respond to your messages and manage program enrollment, volunteering, donations, and membership.
To operate, maintain, and improve our website and educational resources.
To send you updates you've asked for (for example, Kuriosity early-access news). You can opt out anytime.
To comply with our legal obligations as a nonprofit.

Children's privacy

Protecting children is central to our mission. Our public website is directed to adults (parents, educators, volunteers, and donors). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through this website without verifiable parental consent.

The Kuriosity family-AI program is designed so that a parent or guardian creates and controls the account — children cannot self-enroll. Where consent is required for a child's information, we obtain verifiable parental consent first, consistent with COPPA. If you believe a child has provided us information without consent, contact us and we will delete it.

How we share information

We share personal information only with service providers who help us operate (for example, email or hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law. We never sell your information.

Data retention & your rights

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time — and we will never require payment to delete or export your data. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to safeguard the data entrusted to us.
